Catcher Selected Again【Carbon Competitiveness Top 100】Driving Low-Carbon Transformation Through Green Product Innovation

The “Carbon Competitiveness Top 100”, jointly organized by Business Weekly and the Industrial Climate Risk Research Team of National Taiwan University, evaluates corporate sustainability performance based on carbon-management capability. A total of 582 listed companies participated this year, the highest in four years. Catcher Technology, first recognized in 2023, has again been selected for the 2025 Top 100, reflecting its sustained progress in low-carbon manufacturing, energy efficiency, and climate governance.

Since 2019, Catcher has invested over US$70 million in clean-energy funds, securing 1.74 billion kWh of green electricity—enough to supply 100% of electricity use at its China sites. The Company is also installing solar power systems at major facilities, expected to generate 34 million kWh of renewable electricity annually, while continuing to adopt high-efficiency equipment and optimize air-compression systems to further reduce emissions.

In product carbon footprint and life-cycle management, Catcher continues to advance green procurement. Recycled aluminum now accounts for nearly 100% of the Company’s low-carbon manufacturing processes, and the recycling rate of primary raw-material scrap is also close to 100%. Together with customers and suppliers, the Company promotes green design and supports the development of sustainable, low-carbon products across the value chain.

From a governance standpoint, Catcher has reinforced sustainability oversight. On November 6, 2025, the Board approved the formation of the Sustainability Development and Risk Management Committee, chaired by Shui-Shu Hung, with Independent Directors Tsorng-Juu Liang and Wen-Hsiung Chan as members. The Committee oversees sustainability policies, implementation progress, and ESG disclosure quality.

Looking ahead, Catcher will continue to uphold its sustainability principles—compliance, environmental stewardship, people-centric development, and governance excellence—and remain committed to strengthening competitiveness while advancing its long-term net-zero transition.
