| Following the increase in speed in processing of electronic products, the requirement for quickly removing heat from components has become higher. Utilizing the principle of liquid two-phase flow, Catcher developed an aluminum heat tub. Combining that with our excellent processing technology, Catcher researched and developed the entire manufacturing process of the aluminum tube on its own. Working with different working fluid, the process can be applied to different working environments. It has advantages over traditional heat tubes in terms of both weight and cost. Approximately 50% of weight can be reduced; applications include NB, cell phone, LED and solar power. |
