Optical/Mechanical/Electrical/Heat solutions New Product
The heat produced by LED must be transmitted through MCPCB. Traditional MCPCB is made from low-heat conductive materials. However, to reduce the heat produced by MCPCB, one must go through different layers of materials of print circuit, and solve issues by combining heat tubes or ventilation fins with LED parts. The advantages are high adjustability in shape. For example, they can be made into circles, squares, or multi-sided shapes. Using different colored glue frames can also be beneficial to product forms and achieve the goal of having different forms.
 
Flat heat pipe module combined with LED or electical circuit design can be transformed to high efficiency light engine or PCB module with high thermal conductivity.
