Key Functions and Responsibilities of Major Departments
Sustainability Development and Risk Management Committee: Formulates, promotes, and strengthens policies related to corporate sustainability and risk management; monitors implementation status; and reviews disclosures related to sustainability and risk management.
Audit Office: Plans and executes internal audit activities, and oversees and evaluates the effectiveness of operational processes and internal control systems.
Chairman’s Office: Oversees legal affairs and intellectual property matters; plans and drives the Company’s transformation strategy; takes charge of the evaluation, decision-making support, and management of external investment activities.
Occupational Safety Office: Conducts on-site occupational safety and environmental protection inspections.
Investor Relations Department: Manages communications with shareholders and investors; maintains investor relations.
Information Technology Department: Manages the operation and maintenance of the Group’s information systems; ensures the implementation of cybersecurity management requirements.
Sustainability Development Office: Plans and implements sustainability initiatives and participates in corporate social responsibility activities.
Information Security Office: Plans, promotes, and implements Group-wide information and cybersecurity governance and fosters an information security culture.
Research and Development Division: Conducts research and development of advanced technologies and drives the development and optimization of process technologies.
Quality Assurance Division: Performs product quality inspections and assurance, and establishes, operates, and maintains quality management systems.
Sales and Marketing Division: Responsible for brand management and positioning, market research and analysis, business development, and customer service.
Manufacturing Division: Manufactures and processes various external appearance and internal structural components; optimizes process efficiency and product quality.
Finance Division: Manages financial accounting, investment planning, and capital utilization; administers shareholder-related matters.
Human Resource Division: Responsible for human resources management and organizational development.
