The condition and place for the application of machining technology has been becoming stricter. The traditional mold for blades cannot satisfy the new generation of processing technology. Therefore, the selection of materials, design, processing and heat & surface treatment for blade molds are facing great challenges and surface processing occupies an important place because surface-processing technology determines the length of usage of blade molds. The main purpose of Tool mold surface finishing is to present stronger wearing resistance and higher hardness for the surface in order to extend the lifespan of Tool Mold and enhance the service efficiency.The company’s integration process contains a consistent matter, and uses many blade molds from material extrusion, forging to CNC machining. That’s why we use physical vapor deposition technology. We developed technology for forming compound film on cut tolls, mold and other tool surfaces in order to apply it to different metallic processing in order to increase the tool life, and reduce costs and frequency of repairs for molds. In addition, the processing quality is increased in order to reduce the cost of post processing. |
