The company’s main liquid type forming is die casting. Die casting is injecting metals with better melting and solidifying properties, such as aluminum, zinc, magnesium, and copper alloys into heat resistant steel molds using high injection pressure. With the lower temperature of the mold, the molten metal solidifies quickly and forms parts as a shape of the cavity. After solidifying, the runners/gates are removed and raw parts are produced. Then, final products are made after different processes.
The die-casting alloy of aluminum, zinc, magnesium, copper are mental are with the following strength, low melting point, good flow ability, fast condensability. It can be injected into die by high pressure and then shaped as a designed work piece. The products of these alloy can be applied to complicated work design, such as 3C products and sports equipment.
