Stamping is the type of production technology that uses a machine to stamp to create the desired shape. Also, during the process of manufacturing, the thickness of the raw material won't change. Stamping is widely used in creating the 3-D parts for manufacturing engineering, cutting or other special surface needs such as engraving. Catcher has stamping beds with tonnage ranging from 45 to 200 and can produce products with sizes ranging from palmtops to 17” laptops. The raw material is often stainless steel board, but aluminum or magnesium board can also be used as stamping material.
Pressure blows material to be cut, bend or shaped into a mold of the shape and size of the product specification, can be divided into shearing, bending, forming and extension processing. Action by stamping materials with automatic and semi-automatic feed to get simple or even complex shapes of products, not only to automate production, and products with consistency and interchangeability. Ranging from small parts such as gaskets, electronic components to automotive shell can be formed by stamping to produce.
