Metal injection forming incinerate ceramic flaps can mix oxidized aluminum powder and sticking agents into dry powder and then the dry powder is filled into metal mold chambers, and then pressure is added to form a green part and then high temperature is used to get rid of a small amount of gas and organic impurities using a high temperature kiln. High temperature is used to spread, flood, and cause chemical reactions to form ceramic products.
 
By self-developed ceramic forming and sintering techniques, a variety of ceramic plates can be made, providing suitable supports for sintering process of different shape of metallic parts.
