| Thixomolding is a kind of Semi-Solid process and heating metal chucks or chips to reach a solid/liquid phase boundary and then to push the screw cut and paste semi-solid injection molding clay. This is similar to plastic injection manufacturing. Thixomolding. The advantages of Thixomolding: the condition of the filling inside the product is excellent and no gas is trapped; the size precision is higher than other semi-solid metal after contraction; fewer faulty parts during the forming process; good mechanical properties, better erosion resistance; the thickness of the product is under 1.0 mm or even under 0.60 mm; better working conditions in the factory; no alloy melting furnace, and disuse SF6. |

| There is a process similar to plastic injection way.
